Telecom Project Manager/Coordinator

£350.00 per day outside IR35 - 3 months initially - Remote with travel to customer site when required.

A global communication provider is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Coordinator to work on a \'3G switch off\' project.

Project Description

This is a project management role to support a 3G switch-off in the UK, particularly focused on driving engagement with priority customers (eg Critical & national Infrastructure) so that customers are aware of Programme and have the relevant support & information

Typical project life cycle:

• Analysis of Base to identify & agree priority customer list
• Agree Approach & plan
• Creating a tailored customer comms campaign with the Customer Value Management teams that informs that customer (remind, etc) and arranging the appropriate sign-offs (Brand and Legal) for customers across various segments
• Sharing the change with the front-line customer teams and forecasting any customer calls that may result into these operational teams
• Track Customer engagement and risks identified on a regular basis and report on progress across multiple segments
• Use initiative to resolve issues that arise

The role holder is responsible for the project end to end, informing thousands of customers.

Skills:

• Project management skills - create, manage and track a plan
• Organisation
• Excel (proficient - must be able to use pivot tables and vlookups)
• Powerpoint - explaining to stakeholders
• Stakeholder management - specifically operations teams making the changes and customer experience who brief the front line teams.
