We have a number of options available that for these services, allowing work to be completed offsite and supporting cost and head count restraints.

The Onshore model is the traditional method for contingency staff, who are working on site for specific projects. This solution is great for organisations who would benefit from consultants working on site or with the flexibility to attend when it’s required.

The Offshore model offers access to a wide range of IT, Change and Telecom skills. This solution best fits organisations that are happy to outsource tasks, and where tasks are not time-zone dependent. This solution can be procured through task oriented deliverables, allowing scalability for large projects where cost constraints are an important consideration. 

The Nearshore model utilises resources within a time zone of 3-4 hours. Like the offshore model this maybe used for niche resources that can work remotely and do not require to be based on a client or customer premises. This solution can be utilised when there are cost constraints or difficulty in finding specific skills, but where flexibility to communicate during a working day is paramount.
