Affiliate Bench. We have a bench of tried and trusted resources, who have over 1,000 years of combined experience. These resources work exclusively with IDPP. This enables our clients to feel confident that the resources aligned to there projects are already vetted by our technical team - this is always our preferred route to market.

Technical Team. As we pride ourselves on being a Solutions Company, and not a recruitment business, all of our candidates can be vetted before submission by technical specialists in their field. We have found this drastically reduces the time to hire.

Refferals. We have an extensive network, built over the years from our commitment to candidate care. These strong relationships have led to regular high-quality referrals via our professional network. In 2022, over 20% of our placements were sourced via referrals.

Sourcing. idpp will, once agreed with our client, regularly discuss resource planning so that we can advise and prepare resources in anticipation of forthcoming requirements. This proactive approach enables our Client Account Team to build up “Talent Pools” that meet Client needs in terms of background, technical expertise, and personality.

Job Boards & Linkedin. 
We subscribe to 4 national and industry-specific job boards, to place adverts and access CV databases. Our LinkedIn Recruiter licenses enable us to directly approach thousands of candidates via the InMail function, as well as post vacancies through the job pages. We review the performance of each product on a quarterly basis, alongside trialing alternative options, to ensure our investments are as effective as possible.

Social Media. 
We utilise our LinkedIn and Twitter feeds to share live opportunities, as well as industry news and content, to drive traffic to our sites. This enables us to attract IT professionals who may not be active in the market and improves our Global reach. 

Website. Our website has highly efficient job search functionality, enabling candidates to search and apply for current opportunities. Year on year on year we have seen increases of over 100% in the number of new candidates contacting us through the site.

Partnerships.
 
We are proud to partner with several important initiatives and companies, including pledging our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant; helping veterans and their families in starting the next chapter of their lives and careers. This is a community that we are passionate about helping, and  we are reminded of daily with the Wellington Barracks being directly opposite our London office! Additionally, we have strategic partnerships with large enterprise clients, including some of the biggest names in the market such as HP, Apogee, Ricoh and who we can draw up support from when needed.

Innovation.
 
Our Account teams work in the Networking space to find the candidates that aren't accessible through the normal routes of recruitment. This is done by going to tech meet-ups and conferences. We also support our clients with events, and this has been demonstrated recently with Vodafone and Apogee. Additionally, we promote our people to talk about their passions and engaging with the leaders in these spaces. An important example of this is our groundbreaking podcast initiative ShebecameWhat?
