If you have volume recruitment needs, IDPP can manage the end-to-end process as an outsource partner. The offers you the best choice of suppliers with just one point of contact and control, by managing a preferred list of recruitment partners. 

The external supplier is the source of your candidate base, and the voice of your business to external applicants. Having the wrong suppliers, or suppliers doing the wrong things could seriously affect a recruitment campaign in the early stages.
