Kudos to Mandy Sunner and her team! They have handled my onboarding and subsequent contract lifecycle management both efficiently and professionally. They have been particularly efficient at invoice handling and issue resolution when challenges presented themselves, for example providing answers to important problems late on a Friday night and through the subsequent weekend, this is commendable. More recently, during the lockdowns, IDPP have sought to ensure that supplier resources have been engaged and frequently contacted, simply to check in and chat, this is above and beyond the level of consideration that most other agencies would perform. It has been a pleasure providing services to IDPP. I have, and will again, recommend them to my contacts within my professional network.

I’m very happy with my contract secured by IDPP, especially as it’s an 8 month extension that literally takes me to December of this year.
