Remote/Paddington

A leading innovator in the telecommunications sector is seeking a Product Manager with specific experience in Payments/Billing in this sector. The client is committed to pushing the boundaries of technology to deliver seamless, efficient, and secure payment experiences for our customers.

The client is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join their dynamic team, focusing on their innovative payments and billing product within the telecommunications sector. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of their payment solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of their customers and industry standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the product development life cycle from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product roadmap and priorities.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in telecommunications payments and billing.
  • Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, market research, and business strategy.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful product delivery.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Product Manager in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on payments and billing solutions.
  • Strong understanding of payment technologies, billing systems, and industry regulations.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing innovative products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment is highly desirable.

    • Adhere to relevant Health & Safety and codes of conduct in the workplace
    • Responsible for company vehicles, tools, and stock


    Essential Criteria:
    • Minimum 2+ years’ service and installation experience (ideally within AV, but experience with Smart Home/ general Electrical Installation, kiosks, cash machines etc. will be considered)
    • Full UK driving license
    • Ability to pass a DBS check
    • A good level of English – spoken and written
    • Good timekeeping, reliability, and a professional manner
    • The ability to be flexible within a working week as shifts can change between days and nights
    • Ability to manage your own workload
    • Great communication skills
