Junior Change Manager – IT Change, Change Management, Business Process Change

Permanent Opportunity

Up to £50,000 per annum  

Hybrid working (London or Bristol offices)

Our client, a global Law Firm with offices in Bristol and London, is seeking a Junior Change Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an inclusive and supportive Law Firm with ambitious growth plans.

The Junior Change Manager will focus on the people side of Change – including changes to systems, technology and business processes.

Our client are looking for strong, ambitious Change Analysts who are keen to develop as there are excellent opportunities for progression for the right candidate.

Duties:

  • Play a key role in ensuring change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance
  • Complete end-to-end change impact and change readiness assessments
  • Maintains all change management documentation including Deployment, Change and Comms plan and risk/issues logs
  • Advises on communication cascades, message, approach and style for planned  communications
  • Proactively works with Change Agents to create and tailor training and change materials, and subsequently to ensure change is embedded
  • Provides input for designing and delivering training content user paths/journeys, roles, and tools
  • Builds rapport and trust with internal and external stakeholders, customers and suppliers to ensure an honest and open two-way dialogue and partnership

Requirements:

  • Change Management experience in Junior Change Manager / Change Analyst or similar role
  • Legal or Professional Services sector experience preferred
  • Excellent internal communication skills
  • Solid coordination, collaboration, organisation and multi-tasking skills
  • Understanding of human processes and people impact of Change  
  • Skilled influencer, with the proven ability to motivate people

    Requirements:

     

    • experience working with one or more of the following: F5, Gigamon, or Dynatrace.
    • or lapsed DV Clearance is mandatory.

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of their payment solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of their customers and industry standards.

    Responsibilities:
    • Lead the product development life cycle from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product roadmap and priorities.
