Our client, a leading Financial Services company, is looking for an experienced Communications Manager to manage and design a communication programme across the business, delivering to key stakeholders and customers

 

This role will create and deliver communication and management briefings to programme stakeholders and will lead on how communications will aid in their product areas deliver to their commercial, customer and business objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Create comprehensive marketing plans, including channel strategies, testing approaches, creative development, measurement plans, and communication retrospectives.
  • Investigate incidents and reports, provide expert advice, minimize risks, and ensure regulatory compliance. Manage end-to-end change processes for contractual Terms and Conditions, including regulatory documentation and adhoc mailings. Provide communications expertise for business projects impacting documentation and customer communications.
  • Analyse customer touchpoints and marketing channels, focusing on integration opportunities for a seamless customer experience.
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise regulatory and servicing communications campaigns to support Value Stream priorities, ensuring successful outcomes and positive customer experiences.
  • Review and innovate existing work processes to simplify campaigns, ensuring ease of execution for stakeholders and agencies.
  • Prepare data and analytics reports, utilising insights to personalize customer communications. Collaborate with analytics teams to identify data points for optimization.
  • Lead teams and external agencies to deliver small to medium-scale projects within established timelines and program management plans.
  • Manage and report on team performance, set priorities for direct reports, and hold them accountable, taking corrective action when necessary to achieve team/personal goals.
  • Participate in assessment, development planning, formal and informal training, and coaching to enhance capabilities. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through ongoing education and professional conferences.
  • Identify stakeholders\' needs and concerns, arrange meetings and events, and create supporting materials to promote understanding and commitment, contributing to effective stakeholder engagement.

 

 

Skills and Experience:

 

  • Proven experience in communications, public relations, or a related role, preferably in Financial Services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages.
  • Strong media relations skills and experience in managing media outreach campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creativity and innovative thinking to develop unique communication initiatives.

    • Adhere to relevant Health & Safety and codes of conduct in the workplace
    • Responsible for company vehicles, tools, and stock


    Essential Criteria:
    • Minimum 2+ years’ service and installation experience (ideally within AV, but experience with Smart Home/ general Electrical Installation, kiosks, cash machines etc. will be considered)
    • Full UK driving license
    • Ability to pass a DBS check
    • A good level of English – spoken and written
    • Good timekeeping, reliability, and a professional manner
    • The ability to be flexible within a working week as shifts can change between days and nights
    • Ability to manage your own workload
    • Great communication skills

    £40 DOE +bonus and overtime opportunities

    • Telecommunication experience is beneficial and expertise in Blockchain technology is highly preferred.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
