Position: Technology Resilience – DORA Business Analyst
Location: Amsterdam 2-3 days onsite
Rate:625 euros per day
Start date: ASAP
Join our dynamic team as a Technology Resilience – DORA Business Analyst and play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with the Digital Operational Resilience Act 2022/2554 (DORA). We\'re seeking a skilled Analyst to support our ambitious program aiming to meet regulatory requirements by January 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct gap analysis to assess scope and necessary enhancements
- Devise effective solutions for identified issues across various workstreams
- Implement approved process improvements and oversee their execution
- Deliver comprehensive risk assessments and impact reports to leadership
- Aid branches/entities through the transition process
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in regulatory initiatives within financial institutions as a Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of EU DORA and Resilience Testing processes
- Knowledge of EBA outsourcing Guidelines, PRA SS2/21, ESMA Guidelines, and UK Operational Resilience regulatory requirements would be advantageous
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Results-driven mindset with a sense of accountability
- Ability to prioritize and work with urgency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

- Full UK driving license
- Ability to pass a DBS check
- A good level of English – spoken and written
- Good timekeeping, reliability, and a professional manner
- The ability to be flexible within a working week as shifts can change between days and nights
- Ability to manage your own workload
