Position: Technology Resilience – DORA Business Analyst
Location: Amsterdam 2-3 days onsite
Rate:625 euros per day
Start date: ASAP

Join our dynamic team as a Technology Resilience – DORA Business Analyst and play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with the Digital Operational Resilience Act 2022/2554 (DORA). We\'re seeking a skilled Analyst to support our ambitious program aiming to meet regulatory requirements by January 2025.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct gap analysis to assess scope and necessary enhancements
Devise effective solutions for identified issues across various workstreams
Implement approved process improvements and oversee their execution
Deliver comprehensive risk assessments and impact reports to leadership
Aid branches/entities through the transition process

Qualifications and Experience:

5+ years of experience in regulatory initiatives within financial institutions as a Business Analyst
Strong understanding of EU DORA and Resilience Testing processes
Knowledge of EBA outsourcing Guidelines, PRA SS2/21, ESMA Guidelines, and UK Operational Resilience regulatory requirements would be advantageous

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Results-driven mindset with a sense of accountability
Ability to prioritize and work with urgency
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
