PMO Administrator

OUTSIDE IR35

Our client, a managed service provider, is looking for an experienced PMO Analyst to work on a contract basis.  This role is working for a project for a government end client and requires current DV Clearance.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the review, approval, storage and availability of project reports, invoices and documentation.
  • Identifying, capturing and assessing improvements to processes across the project delivery.
  • Ensuring appropriate quality assurance and risk management processes and policies are in place and operating effectively.
  • Establishing and maintaining close working relationships with internal and external contacts including project and activity managers, staff, suppliers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Participating in project governance activities (e.g. regular status reporting)

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a PMO Administrator in the public sector / government departments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all stakeholder levels
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Prince2)
  • Current DV Clearance is essential

 

£300 Per day outside IR35

6 Months initially (extension likely)

2-3 days per week onsite in London

    • Demonstrate your proficiency in working with REST APIs and knowledge of backend development languages such as C, C++, or Python.

    Desired Skills:
    • Familiarity with end-to-end testing tools like Playwright.
    • Experience in Angular code unit testing with Jasmine/Karma.
    • Proficiency in Agile development methodologies, preferably SAFe.
    • Knowledge of Bootstrap 4.5 or later versions.

    Qualifications and Experience:
    We\'re seeking an experienced professional with 5-6+ years of hands-on experience in web development, with a strong emphasis on Angular. Your expertise in UI development and familiarity with related technologies will be essential to excel in this role.
