Desktop Support Engineer 12-month Contract £250.00 per day inside IR35 Central London 5 days per week
A global managed service provider is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join their end client’s team on an initial 12-month contract. You will provide executive level support to users on site in Central London.
Responsibilities
Register and handle incoming calls/incidents on 1st line support.
Resolve hardware and software problems.
Ensure meeting room equipment is fully functional.
Configure PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, various Apple equipment, etc.
Install, configure, and monitor the IT infrastructure (LAN, servers, telephony).
Install various applications.
Maintain inventory databases of end user hardware, software, telephony.
