Project Delivery/Coordinator - Retail Installations

A leading digital signage company is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to deliver and coordinate retail installations, working with engineers and clients to ensure projects run smoothly and clients’ needs are met. Boasting a client portfolio which includes some of the most renowned brands, our client prides themselves on pushing the boundaries of digital signage to create engaging and impactful retail experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee retail installation projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with engineers and clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Ensure timely and efficient project delivery, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
• Communicate project timelines, milestones, and updates to all stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process.
• Maintain a keen understanding of retail design principles and integrate them into project execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize project workflows and improve overall efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, fostering positive relationships.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in project delivery and coordination, preferably in the retail sector.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail design principles and industry trends.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
