Project Manager - Telecom Security Regulations Remote/Berkshire 3-months rolling contract £475.00 per day outside IR35 Start date April 2024
A global telecommunication provider is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a critical project focused on Telecom Security Regulations compliance within their network assets. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of a technical solution to ensure that TSR-mandated requirements, Group Policy, and other identified data attributes are collected, maintained, and presented effectively across all network assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with TSR requirements and Group Policy.
Lead cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions for TSR compliance.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage project budget, resources, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and address concerns.
Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Project Manager leading complex technical projects, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
Strong understanding of Telecom Security Regulations (TSR) and related compliance requirements.
Familiarity with network assets and operational processes is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Installation of AV equipment
Installation of pole mounting systems and associated bracketry
Diagnose and resolve any issue with AV and IT equipment
Maintenance and service of AV equipment

To produce accurate work to a high professional standard paying attention to detail
Completion and submission of required paperwork
Adhere to relevant Health & Safety and codes of conduct in the workplace
Responsible for company vehicles, tools, and stock
Essential Criteria:
Minimum 2+ years’ service and installation experience (ideally within AV, but experience with Smart Home/ general Electrical Installation, kiosks, cash machines etc. will be considered)
Full UK driving license
Ability to pass a DBS check
A good level of English – spoken and written
Good timekeeping, reliability, and a professional manner
The ability to be flexible within a working week as shifts can change between days and nights
Ability to manage your own workload
Great communication skills
£40 DOE +bonus and overtime opportunities
