Delivering on our promises
These are not just words – these are promises. Our contingency recruitment roots have enabled us, firstly, to establish a bespoke up-to-date database of over 30,000 technical consultants with expertise and capability covering all our different industry sectors; and, secondly, to have the skills to access the marketplace through any number of proprietary channels to find exactly the individual or team required to fill any project, work package or work-force requirement.
In addition to our 30,000 strong in-house contingency workforce, we also possess a bench of over 2,000 tried and tested experts whom we have previously supplied to our customers in the successful delivery of projects/work packages and contingent work force.
Cost-effective resource solutions
With our extensive reach, this one-stop shop approach, without the need for third-party support and “margin-on-margin” costs, enables us to provide huge flexibility and total end-to-end control at a very cost-effective price.
This self-sufficient and cost-effective approach has enabled us, over the last few years, to establish a growing solutions business delivering fixed-price projects and work packages to our varied customers. Sitting alongside our contingency resource activities, our solutions business now accounts for circa 50% of our total annual sales (£15m 2021) and growing fast.

Almost 40 years of service
We are a privately owned SME with every employee belonging to that ownership group. Originally founded in the 1980’s as DPP standing for “Data Processing People”, we initially focussed on data entry staff. By 2000, data entry was dying as an application and we were bought out by John Holmes, our current Chairman & CEO, who developed us as a recruitment company specialising in the supply of contingent labour, both contract and permanent, to the IT and Telco industries throughout the UK and Europe. Those original recruitment practices remain alive and well to this day - so honed and comprehensive that we can compete with the very best if that is what our customers require.
In recent years, however, as well as maintaining our recruitment activities, we have moved progressively into the provision of fixed-price project, work package and managed service solutions which now account for some £15m in annual sales representing some 50% of our total sales activities.
