Quality and Governance Manager (Sales)

John has worked for IDPP for over 3 years, initially joining us as a Sales Support Administrator before moving to his current role as Quality & Governance Manager 18 months ago.

John works closely with all of our internal teams; supporting the development, implementation and administration of key business-critical functions, including the renewal of our ISO accreditation, and is currently working with our Divisional Directors to enhance and improve our reporting capabilities.

John still maintains a commitment to supporting our contractors and clients directly and, where necessary, helps to support our Sales Support Team in administration tasks and query resolution.
