- Work on the \"top 5\" service area reviews focusing on stakeholder engagement, end to end customer journey mapping, business process improvement. Longer Term (Months 7 to 12)
Continued work on service improvement across the identified service areas. Role Desc:
- Work with business stakeholders to understand their processes and ways of working
- Document the \"As-Is\" and \"To-Be\" requirements and business processes.
- Document user stories / customer journey maps
- Lead the design of the new service delivery processes. Required Training / Experience
- No training required from SCC.
- Experience of delivering digital web / CRM projects.
