We are looking for a highly capable Desktop Support Technician to join our client, a large managed IT service provider working onsite for their end client in central Bristol. This is a contract position within IR35.

Job Summary:

To maintain all IT Systems to a high standard ensuring operational availability and to respond effectively to all help-desk requests.

Candidate Profile

  • Ability to respond to a high volume of support tickets in a timely and professional manner, resolving and escalating when required
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ensure the resolution of all IT incidents and service requests within agreed SLA\'s
  • Experience supporting VIP\'s is highly desirable

Technical Skills:

  • Active Directory (AD Manager Plus)
  • Service Now
  • Windows 10 & Office 2016 and above
  • Both Mac and Windows devices experience
  • Office 365
  • Network Patching
  • Wireless Technology - Mobile devices
  • ITIL Foundation minimum

You will operate the help-desk, liaise with clients and suppliers, record and monitor system issues resolving or escalating when required.

Duration: 1 month initially

Location: Central Bristol

Rate: £250 pd inside IR35

    • or lapsed DV Clearance is mandatory.

    Responsibilities:
