The UI is a large multi-module Vue3 and TypeScript project, recently migrated from Vue2. It consists mostly of custom components utilizing the options API, with several Vuex modules and a growing number of Pinia stores. The UI encompasses various features, with a significant emphasis on video performance, custom-rendered maps, and configuration pages. Their web team comprises 10 engineers, all based in the UK and working semi-remotely.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the web development team to assess and enhance UI accessibility.
Implement ADA/WCAG guidelines to ensure compliance.
Conduct audits and testing to identify accessibility issues and propose solutions.
Provide guidance and training to team members on accessibility best practices.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Vue with experience using Vue3.
