Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Consultant

£700.00 per day outside IR35 - 6 months initially - Remote - Must be SC Cleared

The Role:

To support the development of the ERP Financial features in an Oracle cloud ERP programme. Working within the respective functional consultants within the workstream, the functional consultant will be a Oracle Cloud Financials specialist, additional skills in the P2P space highly desirable.

Requires a background in Oracle Cloud financials, particularly in the design, implementation and testing of Financials modules (desirable P2P) to support a solution that spans both FCDO and its supporting commercial operations. The ability to support the business to drive out a full business process for solutions that have already been tested through SIT. The individual needs to provide the knowledge to link standard Oracle cloud processes into a full end to end process solution to include off-system processes.

Core Skills:

  • Strong influencing skills, with the ability to drive to conclusion key decisions with senior leaders and key business stakeholders.
  • Broad knowledge of Financials solutions in the Oracle Cloud product set
  • Strong bias for action and a solution orientated attitude
  • Able to work closely across a diverse multi-workstream programme team to expeditiously deliver results
  • Ability to convey ideas and recommendations in a clear, compelling and succinct way in written and verbal communications
  • Good attention to detail and an ability to analyse and use data in decision making
  • Experience identifying, diagnosing and resolving issues independently; taking initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances
  • Experience of business analysis and functional requirements gathering
  • Broad knowledge of Oracle/ERP modules and functionality
  • Stakeholder management and good people skills to gather requirements and agree specifications
  • Experience of working with configurable package solutions or large IT projects.

Must be SC Cleared.

  • Risk Informatics Manager
    £215 per day (37.5 hour working week).
    We are currently seeking a experienced Risk Informatics Manager to join our client on an initial 3 month contract. Remote working options available. 
    Please note this role will fall inside the scope of IR35 and will be paid at a daily rate of £215 (based on a 37.5 hour working week). 

    Duties within the role will include: 
    To develop Datix and patient safety information systems, to ensure the Trust has an effective, accurate reporting system that supports oversight and assurance with regard to patient safety. The system is needed to meet the increasing demands of the organisation and to support data quality, oversight and quality improvement programmes and sustainable change.

    To develop systems, dashboards and reporting mechanisms to support regular and periodic assurance reports to divisions and onward to Trust Board.

    To continually scope good practice in the development and use of patient safety systems.
    To develop and deliver patient safety system training across the Trust.

  • Senior Project Manager (Estates)
    £250 per day (Inside IR35)

    We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager with a background working on estates & facilities projects and experience working for an NHS organisation. This will be for an initial 3 month contract with strong likelihood for further extensions. The post will be working on a hybrid basis and will require access to various sites across east Sussex. Working hours: 35.5 per week. 

    Duties within the role will include: 


    • To lead on the internal Capital Projects including charity funded projects taking day to day responsibility for successful delivery of the programme work within time, cost and quality
    • Planning, organising, recruiting as appropriate, to deliver the programmes within the Trust’s governance structure and its adopted management and operating policies.
    • Ensuring that appropriate project management documentation is developed and maintained as the basis for progression of activities and that people, including a range of external contractors are held to account.
    • Developing and refining the governance framework for the project as they evolve with robust reporting systems in place to the relevant Project Board and Executive Management Team.
    • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive framework for management and reporting of risks and issues
    • Coordinating the project with other Trust projects and general operational activity and ensuring that momentum is maintained
    • Ensuring that the project is delivered within the cost, time and quality parameters set by the relevant Board Committees.
    • For projects involving award of contracts for design, development, equipment supply and / or provision of FM services, to:
    • develop a clear and compliant brief which has been endorsed by stakeholders
    • formulate robust documentation for bidding purposes
    • operate compliant and efficient procurement processes
    • lead and coordinate bid appraisal processes
    • lead negotiations with potential partners / providers
    • oversee and administer contracts with providers / suppliers

    A large Managed IT Service Provider has an urgent requirement for an enthusiastic, customer service focussed Service Desk Engineer to join their busy team based on their end clients site at Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Support Professional with excellent communication skills who loves to be kept busy to work on a busy service desk.  

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Providing both deskside and remote support to users
    • Timely resolution of IT related problems within specified SLA’s
    • Diagnosing and resolving hardware/software problems and configuring PCs
    • Installing, upgrading and replacing core hardware and software
    • Escalating any issues when required to Second/Third Line Support

    To be considered you will need:

    • Proven experience within an IT Service Desk on a busy service desk
    • Good all-round IT Knowledge including Office 365, Azure, Active Directory
    • ServiceNow experience
    • ITIL certified  
    • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
