An expanding IT Services business requires an experienced IT Operations Engineer to support and manage the IT infrastructure of customer datacentres and offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving technical issues in a timely manner, adhering to KPI’s and SLA’s. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Operations Engineer with experience of providing datacentre support including carrying out storage back-up and recovery, management of tape drives and supporting business continuity planning and testing.

RAN Networks Authority
The Networks Authority is responsible for designing and optimizing special radio solutions for special event locations. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure that solutions align with roadmap and seamlessly integrate with the rest of the network. The Networks Authority will also handle strategic and corporate inbuilding solutions, as well as VIP customer complaints, and provide support during the deployment phases of COWs (Cell on Wheels).
