1st Line Support Analyst

£200.00 per day inside IR35 – 3 months – Remote

A global managed service provider is seeking an experienced 1st Line Support Analyst to provide helpdesk support for their insurance end client.

This role offers fully remote working for an initial 3-month period.

Key responsibilities:

  • To provide first contact support for all IT incidents and Service Requests
  • Provide first assessment of all incoming calls and tickets raised via a portal
  • Act as a single point of contact for customers
  • Provide technically accurate solutions and pass on more complex issues to second and third-line support where necessary

 

Required technical experience and skills:

  • Experience of desktop support with an interest in IT
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
