£220.00 per day inside IR35 - 6 months initially - Central Manchester (3 days per week)/South Manchester (2 days per week)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for software, hardware, and networking support for desktops, laptops, and Servers
Provide maintenance and support on Legacy products
May provide support for Enterprise Products
Perform disk replacement on enterprise storage products
Install and maintain PCs and associated software, networks, Servers, and peripherals
Support network products from operational and maintenance perspectives
Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes as required
Tests and certifies PCs, networks, Servers and client-approved applications
Provide follow-up on problems or escalation
Maintain a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor, and dress
Ensures customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery transaction
Ensures client-specific Service Level Agreements are met and incident and request tickets are updated accordingly within the ticketing system
Key Qualifications:
Specific Manufacturer certification as required. I, ie EMC, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, Apple, Unisys. COMPTIA, and NETWORKPLUS
Troubleshooting software and hardware problems
Knowledgeable in Servers, Microsoft/Linux/Unix applications, network protocol, internetworking, and configuration, and possess advanced PC support capability.
Ability to test and certify PC, networks, Servers, and client/Unisys approved software applications and associated peripherals
Knowledge of client-specific internal procedures and service delivery requirements
Excellent analytical and client communication skills
Client and/or governmental clearance may be required
Microsoft Server Certified Professional Certification or suitable experience in server handling/break fix
Police or criminal background verification may be required

This role will provide exceptional service to an impressive portfolio of clients, delivering projects, solutions and support to a variety of AV equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in Audio Visual equipment/Smart Home/Electrical Installation, have excellent communication skills and a keen interest in digital technology. Responsibilities:
Installation of AV equipment
Installation of pole mounting systems and associated bracketry
Diagnose and resolve any issue with AV and IT equipment
Maintenance and service of AV equipment
Have great communication skills with your colleagues and our clients
To produce accurate work to a high professional standard paying attention to detail
Completion and submission of required paperwork
Adhere to relevant Health & Safety and codes of conduct in the workplace
Responsible for company vehicles, tools, and stock
Essential Criteria:
Minimum 2+ years’ service and installation experience (ideally within AV, but experience with Smart Home/ general Electrical Installation, kiosks, cash machines etc. will be considered)
Full UK driving license
Ability to pass a DBS check
A good level of English – spoken and written
Good timekeeping, reliability, and a professional manner
The ability to be flexible within a working week as shifts can change between days and nights
Ability to manage your own workload
Great communication skills
£40 DOE +bonus and overtime opportunities
