An NHS Trust are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to provide project, organisational and administrative support to a large department on an initial 3-month contract basis.
The successful candidate will work directly supporting the Digital/IT department, working closely with the Senior Management Team and directors. This will include acting as a first point of contact for enquiries, assisting with the facilitation of project activities, liaising with internal staff and external clients, and additional administrative duties.
To be considered we are looking for:
Excellent communication skills, strong customer-facing skills, and stakeholder management experience.
Experience of working for the NHS, or in the wider health sector.
Experience of working in a project support role.
Strong administration skills, with advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook skills.
Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexibly across the Black Country and West Birmingham area as required.
