Your role will involve delivering technical projects, providing ongoing support, and ensuring the seamless integration of the clients products into our their IT environments. Key Responsibilities:

Design and test dynamic Workflows within the clients software portfolio to automate business processes for our clients.
Ensure project delivery within deadlines and compliance with the clients support SLAs.
Follow Change Control procedures for critical solutions.
Document your implementations thoroughly for seamless handover.
Maintain accurate records of your activities and project statuses.
Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and project stakeholders.
Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Project Management teams to meet project criteria and deadlines.
Adhere to Development/Workflow Team and IT standards.

Person Specification: We\'re looking for someone who:

Has experience in supporting Professional Services solutions and a solid IT background.
Is familiar with multi-function printers from various manufacturers.
Understands Print Management software.
Has a passion for technology and stays updated on emerging trends.
Pays meticulous attention to detail, especially when handling intricate customer requirements and data.
Communicates effectively, ensuring prompt and accurate updates for critical projects.
Excels at time management and thrives in high-pressure situations.
