Job Description:

Our global client is seeking a fully remote Customer Value Manager. This role operates within IR35 guidelines and offers a negotiable day rate. As a Customer Value Manager, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver value. You will support the delivery of commercial, operational, and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor product life cycles and competitiveness.
  • Adapt products to meet customer needs.
  • Provide insights on commercial trends.
  • Contribute to business cases.
  • Plan and replan project releases.
  • Review and reprioritize project work.
  • Implement innovation processes for ongoing improvements.
  • Track budgets and report variances.
  • Prioritize workflow and improve personal performance
  • Identify non-compliance instances and escalate issues.
