A leading UK Technology Consultancy is looking for an experienced AppSense Systems Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years\' experience working with AppSense product suite, and be comfortable with installation, configuration and troubleshooting. This role will involve working closely with both internal teams, as well as end clients and the ability to work and communicate effectively across both is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, Configuration and Upgrade of AppSense Environment as per best practices.
- Troubleshooting reported issues on AppSense environment. Experience in resolving user profile (personalisation) issues & Policy configuration issues.
- Windows server administration knowledge - Group policy management
Skills and Experience
- Highly experienced with AppSense product Suite (Management Centre, Environment Manager, Personalisation, Application Control, Performance Manager)
- Experienced in Windows 10, SCCM, Windows Servers, Application Packaging and Citrix VDI.
- Alert/Event Monitoring
- Understanding of AppSense triggers and process flows
- Policy management - Create/update policy
- Understanding trusted ownership/Privilege Management/User rights management
- Troubleshooting actions on Windows/Citrix
- Understanding Application vs Windows Personalization groups
- Experience in Financial Services/Blue Chip Industries highly desirable
Ability to obtain a BPSS Check is essential.
Salary: Up to £65k

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of their payment solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of their customers and industry standards.
Responsibilities:- Lead the product development life cycle from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
