Salary: Up to £60,000/Annum

Our large Business Analytics client, are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join an innovative and dynamic team based in Oxford, working on building innovative cloud-based software solutions that are powering major decisions in the global market.
 As part of a highly-experienced Software Team, you will work on cutting-edge Microservices architecture. You will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and operation of cloud-based software solution, working closely with internal and external end-users. Within this role, you will have the opportunity to innovate highly effective solutions that contribute to continuously improving our Software Team.
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of delivering great software and solving difficult technical problems. Exceptional problem-solving skills, solid experience in developing complex software solutions with Node/TypeScript, Express, Python, and SQL, and experience building web-services/microservices are required. Experience with unit testing, React, and AWS is highly desirable.

    A global client is seeking a Technical Discovery Consultant to support an investigation for an initial 3-month period.

    Role Overview:

    As a Technical Discovery Consultant, you will collaborate with a global end client\'s resources to analyze and architect solutions for the digitization of Borrow-related services, including mobile app features, online forms, help center/community, and brochureware platforms. Your technical expertise will be essential in driving informed decision-making for the business and product teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Provide architectural and technical analysis support to produce problem statements and high-level requirements for the digitization of Borrow related services.
    2. Investigate the technical feasibility of delivering digital credit card features, both from an existing external perspective, and present doability options.
    3. Assess the technical feasibility of improving the existing digital landscape across various platforms and present doability options.
    4. Identify potential industry and technical risks and dependencies, communicating them to the business and product teams.
    5. Assist in prioritizing and planning a high-level roadmap for feature delivery.
    6. Support the development of resource and capability requirements to transition from discovery to delivery.
    7. Collaborate on UX and design work within the end client\'\'s design ruleset for all digital features (App/web-based).
    8. Engage in feasibility discussions with Product Owners/Managers, emphasizing customer value.
    9. Analyze industry standards and make recommendations based on market research.
    10. Validate problem statements through a customer lens in partnership with Product Owner/Manager.
    11. Continue to support ongoing phased delivery of all features.
    12. Essential skill set with TSYS (Total System Services) is required.
    13. Preferable experience with credit cards and/or loans.
    14. Preferable experience with analytics, automation, and web/content management tools.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Proven experience in technical discovery and architectural analysis.
    • Strong background in digital services and feature development.

    £425.00 per day outside IR35, 6 months initially, Remote/Berkshire

    A global telecommunication provider is seeking an experienced Contracts Project Manager to work on several Green energy projects over the next 12 months.

    The Role:
    • You will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects within the client\'s expanding portfolio.
    • Need to be aware of contracts, street works, utilities.
    • Collaborating with the legal team to review project contracts and identify opportunities for enforcing financial penalties when necessary.
    • Proactively engaging with partners, on project programming, challenging time scales, and addressing any queries.
    • Ensuring awareness of time durations, including road permit applications, and obtaining and reviewing program plans with critical path items to identify potential failure points.

    Required Skills/Experience:
    • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the green energy sector or related industries.
    • Solid understanding of contract management, street works, and utilities associated with renewable energy projects.
    • Familiarity with Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM) to ensure project compliance.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify critical project elements and potential failure points.
