Salary: Up to £60,000/Annum

Our large Business Analytics client, are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join an innovative and dynamic team based in Oxford, working on building innovative cloud-based software solutions that are powering major decisions in the global market.
 As part of a highly-experienced Software Team, you will work on cutting-edge Microservices architecture. You will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and operation of cloud-based software solution, working closely with internal and external end-users. Within this role, you will have the opportunity to innovate highly effective solutions that contribute to continuously improving our Software Team.
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of delivering great software and solving difficult technical problems. Exceptional problem-solving skills, solid experience in developing complex software solutions with Node/TypeScript, Express, Python, and SQL, and experience building web-services/microservices are required. Experience with unit testing, React, and AWS is highly desirable.

    • Implement ADA/WCAG guidelines to ensure compliance.
    • Conduct audits and testing to identify accessibility issues and propose solutions.
    • Provide guidance and training to team members on accessibility best practices.

    Requirements:
    • Proficiency in Vue with experience using Vue3.
    • Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and knowledge of ADA/WCAG standards.
    • Solid understanding of TypeScript.
    • Experience working with large-scale Vue projects and custom components.

    Job Description:
    We have an immediate requirement for a Cloud Consultant to join our end client\'s team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting their Cloud Architect and handling requests from the business to provision resources.


    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provisioning resources on Azure Cloud Platform (compute, storage, resource groups, service principles, networking, Firewalls, key vault)
    • Building Infrastructure as code using Bicep and PowerShell (via DevOps pipelines)
    • Managing and troubleshooting the Azure portal
    • Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth deployment of workloads.

    Requirements:
    • Strong experience with Azure Cloud Platform
    • Proficiency in building Infrastructure as Code using Bicep and PowerShell
    • Familiarity with the Azure portal for management and troubleshooting
    • Azure cloud certifications would be advantageous.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

    Additional Information:
    The Azure Landing zone is already set up and in use, along with the initial subscriptions. However, due to the bottleneck of not having someone to deploy once designed, there aren\'t many workloads currently. This role will play a crucial part in overcoming this bottleneck and ensuring smooth deployment processes.
