A leading London-based law firm is looking for an experienced Application Support Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will be responsible for both BAU (system stability, maintenance and enhancements) primarily on the iManage cloud system.
The ideal candidate will have legal sector experience, and have experience working closely with iManage, including; testing, adjusting system configurations, overseeing third-party integrations, managing software updates, advocating for system enhancements, and maintaining system documentation.

You will be based from our Head Office, near Westminster, with the option to work from home 1 day per week.

The Role
The Commercial Team is responsible for all compliance and onboarding activities for the Resource projects we manage within the business. You will work closely with the Operations and Commercial Manager to ensure that the function runs smoothly and efficiently. There will be line management responsibility for the Commercial Assistant, and we are therefore looking for someone who can lead by example and contribute to the friendly and supportive internal culture that has been established within the Back Office team.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure that the commercial function is organised and detail-focused, with accurate paperwork and documentation for smooth business continuity.
Onboard new clients that the Sales Team engage with, ensuring that all Credit Checks and Compliance is completed to the highest standard, and that Commercial aspects of our Terms of Business (insurance, payment terms etc) are negotiated to the satisfaction of the client and the benefit of IDPP.
Draft assignment schedule contracts based on Statements of Work and Purchase Orders Identify, raise queries about, and correct, inaccurate or incomplete paperwork and documentation
Chase missing Statements of Work and Purchase Orders from clients (via the Sales Team)
Organise and file paperwork and documentation for record keeping purposes.
Contribute to the maintenance of an organised and efficient email inbox
Attend weekly meetings with the Sales Support team, and Operations and Commercial Manager, providing updates on current barriers and outstanding issues.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to plan for upcoming contractor extensions, finishers, and new starters.
Ensure compliance with IR35 and AWR regulations (prior experience and knowledge is preferable)
Provide ongoing support to the Commercial Assistant, ensuring that they provide excellent support to contractors throughout their onboarding process.
To be considered we are looking for
Similar experience in a Commercial or Compliance role would be preferred, and experience working in a recruitment environment would be a distinct advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
Knowledge of IR35 and AWR regulations
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal. A good telephone manner is essential.
Experience using recruitment CRM systems would be an advantage
