Hybrid Working (offices based in London and Surrey)  

Inside IR35 (umbrella company required)

3 months initially

IDPP have an excellent opportunity for a Senior EUC Manager with extensive experience managing large EUC teams, has excellent communication skills and strong drive and decisiveness.  

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operational output of the team, provision of services, and provide input into the design of technology and new services delivered to the business. The Senior EUC Manager will ensure that SLA’s are met, improve service through service improvement plans and manage resources to meet BAU and project requirements.

To be successful, they require an experienced EUC Manager who has a strong commercial and customer awareness.

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in a similar senior EUC Manager role  
  • Financial services industry experience highly desirable
  • Experience managing large teams of EUC engineers
  • Strategic/Tactical thinker with experience of service improvement
  • Able to demonstrate successful relationship management with senior stakeholders
  • Experience of managing supplier relationships
  • Can do attitude, excellent communication and a proven leader
  • Understanding of ITIL processes
  • Good understanding of Desktop/EUC technology

    The Role

    Onboard new clients that the Sales Team engage with, ensuring that all Credit Checks and Compliance is completed to the highest standard, and that Commercial aspects of our Terms of Business (insurance, payment terms etc) are negotiated to the satisfaction of the client and the benefit of IDPP.

    Draft assignment schedule contracts based on Statements of Work and Purchase Orders Identify, raise queries about, and correct, inaccurate or incomplete paperwork and documentation

    Chase missing Statements of Work and Purchase Orders from clients (via the Sales Team)

    Organise and file paperwork and documentation for record keeping purposes.

    Contribute to the maintenance of an organised and efficient email inbox

    Attend weekly meetings with the Sales Support team, and Operations and Commercial Manager, providing updates on current barriers and outstanding issues.

    Liaise with internal stakeholders to plan for upcoming contractor extensions, finishers, and new starters.

    Ensure compliance with IR35 and AWR regulations (prior experience and knowledge is preferable)

    Provide ongoing support to the Commercial Assistant, ensuring that they provide excellent support to contractors throughout their onboarding process.

     

    To be considered we are looking for

    Similar experience in a Commercial or Compliance role would be preferred, and experience working in a recruitment environment would be a distinct advantage.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams

    Knowledge of IR35 and AWR regulations

    Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

    Strong communication skills, written and verbal. A good telephone manner is essential.

    Experience using recruitment CRM systems would be an advantage

    Application Support Specialist

    Our public sector client is looking for an experienced Application Support Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.  This role will be responsible for both BAU (system stability, maintenance and enhancements) for a portfolio of Applications, as well as carrying out project work as a technical specialist.

    The ideal candidate will have a broad range of experience in a similar role, will have extensive experience with key applications (Capita One/ Mosaic / SQL Server), and have experience dealing with a wide range of users and stakeholders.
    This role is 99% remote, with 1x monthly/bi-monthly visits to site in Essex.  Will suit a self-starter, who is used to working in a fast paced environment.
