Sales Support Administrator

 

IDPP Consulting are a leading supplier in IT & Telco resources and solutions, to clients throughout the UK. Our contractors, being our primary product, are crucial to our success. In order to enhance our contractor experience further, we are looking for a number of Sales Support Administrators to work with our Contractor base, and further support our Sales function.

 

The Role:

Your job will be stay in regular contact with our contractors in order to:

  • Build relationships

  • Ensure our data is always up to date, and accurate

  • Be aware of opportunities that may suit their skill set moving forward.

  • Develop an awareness of market activities to further support and feed through to our sales teams, and new business development tasks.

 

As this is mainly a telephone orientated role, backed up with some direct marketing, we are looking for an excellent customer focused person, that brings with them a bubbly, and warm and confident telephone manner. We need genuine passion for understanding our contractors’ journey/experience with the business, and thereafter. 

Based at home and in our London office, as agreed, you will report directly to our divisional Sales Director who will provide full on-going training and development.

    • Proven experience as a Project Manager leading complex technical projects, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
    • Strong understanding of Telecom Security Regulations (TSR) and related compliance requirements.
    • Familiarity with network assets and operational processes is highly desirable.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
    • PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
