Solutions Architect – ERP Implementation

ERP, Dynamics, Oracle, Azure

Fully remote

Our client, an IT service provider is looking for a talented Senior Solutions Architect to join their team on a contract basis to work for an end client. This role will take the lead on an ERP System implementation across the business, and play a key role in driving the broader IT strategy of the business going forward.
This role offers either fully remote or hybrid working at the client site in Cheltenham

Key responsibilities
  • Play a key role in shaping principles, policies, standards, patterns, blueprints and roadmaps
  • Play a lead role in an ERP system implementation, to drive greater efficiency and scalability for the business
  • Ensure solutions and proposed architecture designs is balanced against cost and risk, is achievable and affordable
The ideal candidate
  • A proven track record for successfully implementing and integrating ERP systems, preferably using SaaS/Cloud solutions (eg MS Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle)
  • Highly experienced in developing IT and Cloud Infrastructure
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions is highly desirable
Rate: £650 per day inside IR35

    • To assist in the development of effective sponsorship and collaboration across service areas with other senior managers in order to generate efficiencies and create synergies wherever possible
    • Create, prepare and deliver reports, plans, briefings, presentations and other artefacts to facilitate the technological transformation journey
    • To perform change activities that increase the adoption of technology, empower the workforce and increase digital literacy and self service across the organisation.
    • To identify and overcome barriers to successful change, including managing resistance and mitigating change risks and issues
    • To work positively and proactively with all departments, Members and stakeholders in developing, implementing and maintaining an organisational working culture that embraces and engages with ICT to deliver business objectives
    • To Work with Sponsors, to develop their understanding of change management, empowerment and coaching
    • To deliver informal training sessions that increase the understanding, capability and skills of colleagues to use and adopt technology
    • Monitor the effectiveness of change enablement activities including communication and training, using insights to drive continuous improvement

    Business Analyst - Agile, SCRUM, Altéa DCS

    My client, a leading technology solutions provider to the travel sector is looking for an Agile focused Business Analyst to join them on a contract basis, for an initial 12 month period.  The role will be focussed on a world-leading Customer Management Platform, working as part of a team to develop bespoke features for their end clients.

    Key responsibilities
    • Responsible for large, complex and also smaller projects, coordinating any or all of the following areas: feasibility, functional specification, user acceptance test, regression test, Production System verification and functional support of the customer
    • Coordinate and conduct detailed functional analysis of complex requirements
    • Manage and control dependencies with teams, inside and outside the DCS area
    • Size specification, testing and other relevant phases, providing practical and robust estimates
    • Produce high-quality documentation that is clear and easy for the target audience to understand
    • Interface with relevant departments to identify interactions and ensure functional compatibility


    Essential skills

    • Experience in functional analysis of backend and frontend applications
    • Experience of working with Agile methodologies (SCRUM / SAFe)
    • Experience designing and delivering complex cross-functional features is a plus
    • Experience in Quality Assurance, including with QA automation tools is a plus
    • Good written and oral communication skills.
    Desirable
    • Knowledge of the travel industry; knowledge of Altéa DCS product is a plus

    Duration: 12 months
    Location: 2 days onsite near Heathrow / 3 days remote            
  • Legal Applications Support Analyst
    £60-£70k (DOE)

    A leading London-based law firm is looking for an experienced Application Support Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will be responsible for both BAU (system stability, maintenance and enhancements) primarily on the iManage cloud system.

    The ideal candidate will have legal sector experience, and have experience working closely with iManage, including; testing, adjusting system configurations, overseeing third-party integrations, managing software updates, advocating for system enhancements, and maintaining system documentation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Troubleshoot iManage errors. This includes interpreting error messages and diagnosing issues with integrated applications (i.e. MS Office, Outlook, etc.). Must be able to work with vendors and internal technical resources
    • Provide support for our cloud-based iManage application, including updates, configurations, integrations, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
    • Provide support for related systems and integrations, including SPM, DMS Link, SSRS and Power BI reports, other reporting tools, cloud integrations, data warehouse data integrations, and security components.
    • Resolve library, workspace, folder, and document access issues. This will include working with both Service Desk personnel and end users.

    Key skills and Experience:

    • Demonstratable experience with iManage
    • Wider application knowledge, including MS Office, Adobe Acrobat
    • Experience with SSRS, Power BI Reports
    • Experience with both Powershell and SQL scripts
    • Legal Sector experience highly desireable

    Salary range: £60-£70k (DOE)
