Cloud Architect
Cloud Architect / Infrastructure Architect – VMWare, vCloud
Rate: 750 per day
Contract length: 6 months rolling
Location: Lombardy Italy OR Düsseldorf Germany 
A Global mobile service provider has a requirement for a Cloud Architect, on a 6 month rolling contract.
The successful candidate will join a large programme to redefine the Cloud computing strategy for the business, and will be responsible for overseeing this strategy and its implementation.
This will include:
  • Cloud adoption plans
  • Cloud management, and monitoring.
  • Overseeing architecture and deployment in cloud environments, including public, private, and hybrid cloud.
     
Core skills/experience required:
  • Strong understanding across the breadth of IT infrastructure design and IT operations.
  • Experience in developing high level and low level designs to meet business requirements
  • VMWare – expert
  • vCenter and vCloud
  • Storage implementation and deployment strategies
  • Ability to work effectively with teams across multiple regions
This is an initial 6 month contract which is expected to extend as part of a long-term programme.
Candidates must be based in the local region, as onsite work will be required.
Interviews to take place in early January, with a start date shortly after.

    Requirements:

     

    • experience working with one or more of the following: F5, Gigamon, or Dynatrace.
    • or lapsed DV Clearance is mandatory.

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of their payment solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of their customers and industry standards.

    Responsibilities:
