Our exacting standards mean that we are always in search of superlatives! By that we mean the finest candidates, the most rewarding jobs, the greatest employers and of course with all of those elements, the best possible fit. Occasionally (very occasionally you understand, for any clients reading!), we cannot find the ideal candidate – and this is where you come in. Subject to certain terms and conditions (available on request), we offer a referral fee of 5% of our own net fees (up to a maximum of £250 / €250) for the successful placement of any candidate whom you recommend to us as being a perfect fit for either a contract or permanent position with one of our clients. So, if you know of anyone who is looking for a job, or whom you feel could benefit from our services, then please do recommend them now.
This scheme, coupled with our Lead Generation Scheme, can really provide you with an excellent secondary income stream.
